Short Term High Income Portfolio

This portfolio emphasizes current income and relative stability of principal. In addition, this portfolio is designed to be an attractive alternative to short-term investments such as Treasury bills and certificates of deposit.

Portfolio Composition:
There are two short term bond funds and two floating rate bond funds. The floating rate bond funds are composed of adjustable rate loans and bonds whose yields reset every 60-90 days. A money market fund is also included.

Portfolio Manager Comments:
The Short Term High Income Portfolio has performed as expected, providing stable income with little principal volatility. It has exceeded the return on its benchmark, 90 day Treasury Bills.
