Catherine Marshall brings more than 25 years of financial analysis and lending experience across all fields including construction, commercial, real estate and investment properties to Glencrest. Her extensive background in bank lending and finance complements Glencrest’s wealth planning strategies, a service not commonly available at most investment management firms. She is particularly skilled at guiding developers through the complexities of both personal and project finance. “My clients know I advocate in their best interests,” she says.
She has completed the Certified Financial Planner education program from the College for Financial Planning at UC Irvine and has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ professional designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
